All commissions are for personal, non-commercial use only. If used commercially, an additional fee will be charged. I retain all copyrights and intellectual properties over my work.

You must be 18 years old or older to order a commission.

As stated before, these commissions are for personal use only. As thus, you’re welcomed to, after receiving the final piece, to post with credit (Tumblr & X/Twitter : @garagepanic ) on social medias and in personal, non-commercial projects.

Every commission will be sent in PNG. You can ask for a CMYK converted version (in jpeg) for free, preferably after accepting the final piece so the colors will be more suitable to print for yourself.

Non-commercial projects include, fic covers, characters sheets etc... If, eventually, you wanted to use the artwork(s) for a commercial use during the process or after the final piece has been sent, you may contact me so a new contract will be made so you’ll be able to do so. This will include additional/new fees.

Cropping/editing the artwork is allowed only if you credit me and/or link to my artist page.

If you’re a writer, a slight edit of the artwork (adding author's name, title, descriptions etc…) is permitted. My signature/watermark can’t be removed from the edit and has to remain visible. If you know beforehand that you’ll make an edit from it, please feel free to ask me to put the signature somewhere else (I usually put it on the character's arm/clothes). This falls under the non-commercial project purpose only.

Private commissions are possible. However, it has to be notified upfront, and additional fees will be charged.

All personal informations remain private and won't be exchanged.

I, as the artist, reserve all artistic rights to commissioned work, finished or unfinished.

All characters and situations depicted are purely fictional.

All of my artworks are expressions of my artistic freedom.

In that matter, I retain the right to use any commissioned artwork to be published on my social medias and my patreon, to be reproduced, copied and/or used as a sample for sales or self-promotion.

My signature/watermark can’t be removed.

Commissions can be rejected/canceled at any moment.

Some of the specific elements (other than the artwork itself) fall under my copyrights, but if you want to commission another artist later on and for them to use the design I made for you, direct credit isn't mandatory.

Cancelled commissions can be reworked, finished, and posted/used as any other of my usual artworks.

The commission contract will be broken if the commissioner doesn't answer after one month, at any stage of the process and I will have the right to profit further from the commissioned artwork in any way.

Any of my works can’t be sold without my consent. If I were to agree for this, a new contract would be signed.

I will never allow any of my work to be sold/turned into NFT.

I will never allow for any commissioned artwork cannot be used to train AI models.

You get three rounds of changes on the commissioned piece included in the price. Major revisions beyond this or asked at the nearly completion of the piece will incur a fee of at least 30% of your commission’s original price.

Minor revisions don’t count as major revisions if they are asked during the rough sketch process and early lineart process (when I keep you updated). If the commission is near completion, those will be treated as major revisions.

Small mistakes such as color or line overflow can be fixed without additional fees.

All commissions must be paid via PayPal in EUROS or in USD.

Please chose "Payment between friends" while paying on paypal.

Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront either split 50% upfront and 50% after final piece approval.

Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

Total refund is possible mostly if I haven't started to work on the commission yet or during the sketch phase (it may change depending on the commission's complexity). After the sketch phase, you will be refunded a portion (between 90% and 20%) of what have been paid depending of how much I've already worked on the commission.

If I cancel the commission during its process (due to external events, burn out etc…), 100% of the already paid fees will be refund.

If you want to request a refund, please let me know first so we can discuss the issue and come to terms.

Please do not request a paypal chargeback. I'll send you the right amount myself. If it requested before we came to a refund agreement, you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
